10th Year Anniversary Statement of Kapatirang Manila Lodge No. 8

Yesterday,October 11,2025 marks a momentous milestone in the history of Kapatirang Manila Lodge No. 8 as we proudly celebrate our 10th founding anniversary—a decade of brotherhood and service under the guiding principles of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows- Grand Lodge of the Philippines.

Our story began with a small yet determined group of brethren who shared one vision: to build a lodge that would embody the true essence of Odd Fellowship—fraternity, integrity, and service to the community and the humanity as a whole. In its humble beginnings, Kapatirang Manila Lodge No. 8 was born out of dedication and perseverance. Meetings were once held in modest venues, with members contributing personal time, resources, and effort to lay the foundation of what would become a thriving beacon of brotherly love. Despite the challenges of organization, recruitment, and recognition, the founding brethren stood firm in their commitment to the order and to each other.

Over the years, the lodge steadily grew in both membership and influence. Guided by the tenets of Brotherly Love, Relief, and Truth, Kapatirang Manila Lodge No. 8 became more than just a Odd Fellowship institution—it became a family. Our activities expanded from simple gatherings to meaningful outreach programs, charitable works, and community engagement that reflected the values we uphold as Odds. Through the guidance of the Grand Lodge of the Philippines, our lodge has continued to strengthen its adherence to Odds discipline and tradition, ensuring that every brother grows not only in experience but also in moral character and civic responsibility.

As we look back on ten fruitful years, we take pride in the legacy we have built—one forged through unity, perseverance, and faith to the good Lord above. Each member, past and present, has played a vital role in shaping the identity and success of Kapatirang Manila Lodge No. 8.

Today, we stand at a new threshold, inspired by our past and driven by our shared vision for the future. May this 10th anniversary remind us of how far we have come and how much more we can accomplish together. Let us continue to uphold the noble principles of odd fellowship, strengthen our bonds as brothers, and dedicate ourselves to service—for the glory of GOD! and the benefits of the community we humbly serve.
